The Keep Room
This unique five-room suite is very different from the other rooms at our Bay City Bed and Breakfast. It represents an eclectic blend of old and new, perfect for couples on a romantic getaway or for friends and family gatherings for a wedding.
Elopements are also popular in the bed and breakfast world, and this room makes for an extra memorable stay for couples who choose this less traditional celebration. Enjoy our comfortable sitting area with a glass of wine or champagne. When you rent this suite for your wedding night or romantic getaway, you will have access to the entire lower level of this Bay City bed and breakfast, which includes the two-room bedroom area with optional sleeping for up to 4 guests. You will have unlimited and exclusive access to our spa/sauna room and a separate bar area.
Our gourmet made-from-scratch breakfast includes a welcome basket, an in-room microwave, a wine refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, and an ice maker. We will deliver breakfast to your room at the B&B at no extra charge. The room rate is based on double occupancy, $75 additional charge nightly for each third and fourth adult staying in the room.

The Webster Room
This is perhaps the most majestic of all the rooms at our Bay City Bed and Breakfast. The Webster Room is named for the Honorable Thomas E. Webster, who was a prominent judge and the original owner of the home which was later to become this bed and breakfast.
The room features a grand whirlpool tub surrounded by intricate maroon and ivory tile work. It has plenty of room for two making it ideal for couples on a romantic getaway.
Brides and grooms celebrating weddings or elopements revel in the deep maroons and gold that accent the room. They enjoy the suede contemporary queen bed and custom bedding, not to mention the flat-screen high-definition television. There is also a private bath with a separate sink as well as a makeup mirror. These special touches make this room, and our Bay City Bed and Breakfast, a favorite among romantics.

The Judge's Chambers
The verdict is in. The Judge’s Chambers is the room known for casual comfort at our Bay City bed and breakfast.
In keeping with our desire to differentiate the B&B’s third floor, this suite is adorned with a more modern palette of slate blue, tan, and brown. It is ideal for couples relaxing after sightseeing in Bay City, Frankenmuth, and the surrounding areas.
Our cozy whirlpool tub is dressed in green and white ceramic tile and sits below skylights for a view of the Michigan sky while you enjoy a hot bubble bath during your romantic getaway at our bed and breakfast in Bay City, MI.
A queen size brass bed sits in the space near the slanted ceiling. Put up your feet and relax. Catch up on some reading or have a glass of wine while sitting on the window seat, taking in the outside.

The beautiful suite has had a facelift! It has been transformed from a jeweled-tone traditional Victorian to a two-room suite with a more contemporary vibe. You will be awed by the high ceilings, crown molding, and large electric fireplace, as well as the ensuite marbled bathroom and gold-toned vessel sink. Feel the luxury that awaits you on your next romantic getaway to our bed and breakfast in Bay City.
A framed signature of the man who hung and signed the original wallpaper in 1888 adorns the wall of this room at the B&B, which invites you to relax and take a step back in time. Fine furnishings, including a carved cherry, queen bed, and custom bedding for contemporary-style sleeping, accentuate this exquisite bedroom option at the bed and breakfast.
The second room features twin sofa sleepers, a bar, an armoire, an oversized smart television, and an ensuite bath with a whirlpool soaking tub and infrared sauna. The Magistrate Room
With its exposed bricks and the skylights cut into the slanted ceiling, this room at the B&B has an upscale and more modern feel. The Magistrate’s bed and sitting area make it one of the more unique rooms at our Bay City bed and breakfast.
Nestled on the B&B’s third floor, clean lines and art deco influences differentiate it from the rest of the bed and breakfast.
On a romantic getaway, couples can stargaze and talk about their day while the moonlight dances on the maroon, gold, and green and the rosy touches of Venetian plaster on the walls.
The Magistrate’s soft sofa sleeper and exotic, end-of-the-bed seating make this suite a favorite at the bed and breakfast. The private bath with a rain showerhead is perfect for couples looking for an intimate and romantic getaway in Bay City.

The Miss Yunji Room
Stop. Relax. Breathe: The mild and calming color tones of the spacious Yunji Room at the bed and breakfast will envelop and invite you to slow down and unwind.
This Asian-inspired room with grass-cloth walls is named for “Miss Yunji,” who stands with graceful poise in her stained-glass perch above the fireplace. The beautiful stained-glass window at our Bay City Bed and Breakfast was painted by local artist Sarah Murphy.
Inspired by a late 19th-century Eastlake motif, the Yunji Room is luxurious and elegant. It features hardwood flooring, a four-poster queen bed, and a slate fireplace with an electric insert making it ideal for a romantic getaway.
An artfully designed writing desk and separate makeup sitting area remind couples to have a seat, take their time and enjoy themselves.
The private en suite bath features a beautiful terrazzo marbled floor, unique faux design walls, and a dual shower, perfect after an in-room couples massage.
