The Historic Webster House is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
One night’s advance payment is required to guarantee the reservation. The advance payment will be applied to the last night of the reservation. Reservations made on Holidays and Special Events will require payment in full.
Rates are based on double occupancy. We do have rollaway beds to accommodate a third person not available in all rooms, extra charge is $75.00
Holiday Cancellation policy:
Reservations made on Holidays require payment in full. If cancellation occurs for any holiday booking there will be no refunds, only a credit issued for a future stay. See Best Available rebooking requirements. No refunds will be given when booking any holiday regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Holidays refer to all major and national holidays observed.
Advance payments will be refunded (minus $35 service charge, plus any applicable credit card fees) for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival date.
Best Available Rate Cancellation Policy:
Reservations that are canceled, stays reduced, or date changes greater than 14 days from the original booking and arrival date will receive a refund of the deposit, less a $75 cancellation fee*.
Reservations that are canceled, stays reduced, or date changes less than 14 days from the original booking and arrival date will be charged for the entire reservation stay*. This will apply to no-shows.
*If you prefer to rebook your stay, we will apply your deposit, less a $35 rebooking fee, to a future reservation that must be made within 30 days or less of your cancellation. A rebooked stay must be for an equal-value room and an equal number of nights. All rebooked rooms are based on availability and may include a rate change based on season and availability.
Peace of Mind Cancellation Policy:
By choosing this unique rate offering, you may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before check-in time (3 pm Eastern Time) and receive a full refund of your deposit. This rate must be chosen at the time of booking your reservation. Applies to new reservations only. Full payment for a multiple-night stay will be collected at check-in. *Excludes Special Events, Weddings, Elopements, or Whole House Rentals
Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy:
Our Non-Refundable* rate allows you to cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before check-in time (3 pm Eastern Time) on your day of arrival. This rate is fully non-refundable and non-changeable and must be chosen at the time of booking. Applies to new reservations only. Full payment for a multiple-night stay will be collected at check-in. *Excludes Special Events, Weddings, Elopements, or Whole House Rentals
Our driveway is shared so if it is full, please use the Van Buren Street entrance for parking or the church to the east of the inn along the fence. If staying over on Saturday the church property cannot be used only driveway or street parking, please. Large vehicles trucks, SUV please park on Van Buren street in front of the inn. Our parking lot is very small and large vehicles make it hard to maneuver around.
We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. Rates are based upon double occupancy. If room discounts are offered they cannot be combined with any other discount such as bed and breakfast.com gift cards, military discounts, or any advertised special promotion.
Check in begins anytime after 3:00 P.M.
Because of concerns regarding the CORONA virus we have implemented self-check in procedures. You will receive a confirmation and an reminder email with a YOUTUBE video embedded, please watch the video for self check in instructions or call for more details. Early check-ins and late check outs are not allowed, we are sorry.

Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and are valid for five years from the date of purchase.
The Historic Webster House is a non-smoking property. No smoking, no candles, no incense. If evidence is found of smoking, a $250 fine will be assessed for cleaning and or damages.
No Pets, please.
It is an adult only romantic venue, no infants or children under 18 years of age are allowed.
Special Note: We understand everyone’s concerns regarding travel at this time of the Corona Virus. We will be glad to offer a credit for a future stay should you decide to cancel your plans. This credit will be good for five years for rescheduling. We will not be issuing refunds but credits for future stays.
