The Historic Webster House is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.

Best Available Refundable Rate policy:
By choosing this unique rate offering you may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours (EST) of your check-in time which is 3:00 PM EST. You will receive a refund of your deposit minus a $35 fee. The first night reservation fee and any additional services or packages will be collected upon reserving. 

Best Available Non-Refundable Rate policy:
By choosing this rate, it is non-refundable for any reason. At the time of booking, the entire fee will be charged to your credit card, including any add-on options such as massages, packages, etc.

This rate must be chosen at the time of booking and excludes special events, weddings, and whole house rentals. Cancelled rooms through a third party booking site such as Expedia, Booking.com etc. will be subject to a no refund policy no matter what time the reservation is cancelled. Our driveway is shared so if it is full, please use the Van Buren Street entrance for parking or the church to the east of the inn along the fence. If staying over on Saturday the church property cannot be used only driveway or street parking, please. Large vehicles trucks, SUV please park on Van Buren street in front of the inn. Our parking lot is very small and large vehicles make it hard to maneuver around.

Payment: We accept all major credit cards and personal checks with proper identification. Rates are based upon double occupancy. Some rooms can accommodate a third and fourth guest, there is a $75.00 per person charge for those extra guests in addition to the room charge.  If room discounts are offered they cannot be combined with any other discount such as bed and breakfast.com gift cards, military discounts, or any advertised special promotion.

Check-In and Check out Policy 

Check-in begins at 3:00P.M. A staff member will be available to greet you between 3:00-5:00 P.M. For guests arriving after 5:00 P.M, we offer a contactless self-checkin option allowing you to arrive at your convenience. Any arrivals after 9:00 P.M. we ask that you contact the inn before arrival. Early self check-in is not available as we are busy preparing for your stay. However, pre-approved early self check-in arranged in advance are welcome. We are always a phone call or a text away should you have any questions. 

Check-out time is 11:A.M. Late check-out is available for an extra fee if room is available and prior notice has been given.

Gift Certificates: They cannot be redeemed for cash and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

The Historic Webster House is a non-smoking property. No smoking, no live candles, no incense and no vaping. If evidence is found of these restrictions, a $250 fine will be assessed for cleaning and or damages. 

Pet policy: Service pets only are allowed, owners must provide proper documentation. 

Adults only: No children under the age of 18 are allowed, Per Michigan law the minimum age to make a reservation is 21. 

Food allergies/Dietary restrictions: We have worked diligently to develop a set of meuns that will satisfy all guests. Please give us advance notice if you have any concerns about the menu. We are more than happy to accommodate those with special dietary concerns

Mobility issues: All of our guest rooms require steps to access. Due to the historic nature of the inn there are no elevators.

Quiet Hours: For the enjoyment of all guests, quiet hours are between 10:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M. This policy does not restrict the use of televisions, radio or phone usage etc. It does require that guests keep the volume at a level as to not disturb other guests.
